Manual - Chapter 7Click on the list below to jump to that topic PRINTING TIMETABLE Once you have completed your timetable, you are ready for printing it in Microsoft Excel. Before you can do so, you have to export your timetable structure into an text file enabling to be imported into Microsoft Excel.
Step 1 : Click on the File tab.
Step 4 : Choose what format to export

Step 7 : Open Timetabler plus.xls
Step 8 : Select Format Timetable. Step 9 : Open the file that we already save (refer to step 6 for the location). Step 10 : Excel format timetable is generated.Done.
To print timetable for batch of student, first you have to group the students in batch groups first. Step 1: Click Course List in Data tab.
Step 2: Click on
Step 3: Click Step 4: Rename the new group with students' batch name.
Step 5: There are 2 ways to define the section in the respective groups. 1st way: drag sections with same section name into respective groups.
2nd way: Double click on any sections and change the group column to the respective group names.
Step 6: After finish dragging all the sections, follow Step 1,2 and 3 in the topic Printing Timetable. Step 7: Set the printing format as below.
Done. Your raw output in Excel will be as below.
You can then edit the timetable according to your preference. Below is an example.
Step 1 : Click on the File tab. Step 2 : Select Export. Step 3 : Select Lecturer list to text file (for Excel Import).
Step 4: Choose a location to save the export file to be print.
Step 5 : Open Timetabler plus.xls.
Step 6 : Select Format Timetable. Done Inserting the Header and Footer Step 1 : Open Timetabler plus.xls. Step 2 : Select Insert Header or Insert Footer or both.
Step 3 : Click the tab in blue color named Header. Step 4 : Click
Step 5: Now you have your header.
Step 6: Click the tab in red color named Footer. Step 7: You can add text and table using excel borders function.
Here are some examples of printing format that you can refer. Example 1 : Basic timetables
Example 2 : Rooms timetable
Example 3 : Lecturers timetable
Example 4 : Master timetable (everything in 1 single page)
Example 5: Example timetable where the timeframe is vertical on the left (can be apply with any timetable format).
Basic is the structure as we can see in Timetabler Plus, i.e. the timetable is arranged by day and room with the break down in time slot.
Continuous Time is the same as the first, i.e. organize by day and room, but the time slot is not in the breakdown of slot. Instead, it shows continuous time from the start to the end of class.
